Tour of California

Just was notified that I will be able to volunteer in Santa Rosa on the 20th for the Tour of California. I will be positioned on the final loop. I will bring my camera. Beth and I will be there for the weekend. Will be nice to have a break and be part of the inception of the Tour of California.

    So, will you be a course marshall? It is very exciting that you are volunteering too. We went to orientation on Saturday to learn how to be both firm and polite.

    I am going to try to see some of the race between SLO and SB. We are driving up that way on Friday.

    Nice to see you on the blog again. I was just thinking it had been a while.

    Jane told me on Sunday that she has sent a new photograph and is looking to see the reactionon the blog.

    Steve - so cool that you'll be a course marshal, too! Now we'll have an up-close-and-personal view of this cycling race thing! Have fun! Let us know how it impresses you.
