There were several interesting articles about the man throwing the shoes. I sounds like he has been exposed to much violence and distruction. One wonders what will happen to him. I hope he survives expressing himself.
I think only the son of a WWII vet, cowboy, 80-year-old skydiver named George would have the wherewithal to dodge someone's shoe just wizzing by his face like that.
Certainly an athletic president. I can see him in professional dodgeball.

A reporter in Baghdad from NPR said this afternoon that he is getting a lot of public support. However, is still being detained and "interrogated."
