Garth ... fell off his bike going down Turnball Canyon last Friday and has been nursing his wounds. His arm is doing well, but his leg will need a few more days to heal. It was quite swollen last night.
He crashed on a hairpin where there was water on the road the last few weeks, but it wasn't the first time he's ridden down with water there.It's his first crash since the '70's, he said (other than getting hit).
I crashed in the '70's, too. Well, the car, that is. Just learning to drive then and all.
