I remember reading Peter Drudker's book many years ago. The Peter Principle was that individual's advanced until they reached a level of incompetence.
ReplyDeleteSounds like your enjoying your training experience.

ReplyDeletei'm learning a lot about the peterson principle everyday.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the Peterson Principle??? Is that like the Beth Plan?
ReplyDeletei know beth peterson has been a princi-pal before, so that counts, i suppose. i was referring to the doris peterson principle. all joking aside though, i'm rather enjoying a lot of family history that i'm surprised to have never been presented in the past. where we sometimes disagree, i know for myself, our interactions have a lot of information both outwardly asserted, and inferred in sub-text as well. i'm experiencing an unfamiliar bond, i suppose, and it has been educational and valuable.
