Mom Back Home

My mom, Jane, went home from the hospital today. She is coming along fine. The Dr. said the lymph nodes showed cancer, so she'll begin chemotherapy in the weeks to come. That's all we know for now. The Dr. said she wouldn't lose her hair. She and Dad enjoyed their dinner, brought in by a family friend, and watched Dr. Phil. So, things are getting back to normal. My dad was unable to visit her for the last three days to to extreme back pain after a fall last week (a Vertigo spell). So weren't they the pair! And me thousands of miles away. Well, we do have to deal with our limits and trust others to pitch in and help. I'm thankful that they have friends to help them out. I may make a trip to see the folks in March.
